systeme.io Pricing (2026): Free vs Startup vs Webinar vs Unlimited

systeme.io currently lists four plans with public prices: Free, Startup, Webinar, and Unlimited. The right plan is the lowest tier that satisfies every hard constraint in your intended setup, not simply the tier with the largest contact allowance.

The figures below were checked on September 13, 2026 against systeme.io's live pricing interface and its current plan-data API. Where static marketing copy on the same page conflicts with the dynamic comparison table or API, this guide uses the dynamic values and calls out that boundary.

Prices and the limits most likely to determine your plan

The annual figures are total billed amounts for a year, not monthly prices. For each paid public plan, the annual total equals ten monthly payments, and the pricing interface labels annual billing as "2 months free." Check the final order form for the amount and tax treatment that apply to your purchase.

Several secondary limits follow the same progression:

The pricing page also lists unlimited email sends, unlimited file storage, and 0% systeme.io transaction fees across all four plans. Payment processors, taxes, and other services can still have their own charges.

A constraint-based way to choose

Start by writing down the capacity the next version of your operation actually needs:

• current contacts plus a realistic near-term margin;
• number of funnels and total funnel steps;
• number of automation rules and workflows;
• whether you need evergreen webinars;
• number of custom domains, campaigns, blogs, courses, websites, pipelines, and booking events.

Then choose the first plan whose published limits meet every number. A plan fails the test if even one hard constraint is over its cap, regardless of how much unused capacity it provides elsewhere.

Choose Free when every constraint fits inside the starter caps

Free is the capacity floor: up to 2,000 contacts, 3 funnels, 15 total funnel steps, 1 automation rule, 1 workflow, and 1 custom domain. It does not include evergreen webinar capacity. This tier is a defensible starting point only when all of those limits fit the planned build.

Choose Startup for a larger build that does not need evergreen webinars

Startup raises the limits to 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 50 total funnel steps, 10 automation rules, 5 workflows, and 3 custom domains. It still lists zero evergreen webinars. That makes it a capacity upgrade, not the webinar tier despite the broader toolset.

Choose Webinar when evergreen webinars or the mid-tier caps are binding

Webinar is the first public plan with evergreen webinar capacity, listed at 10. It also raises the main caps to 10,000 contacts, 50 funnels, 300 total funnel steps, 100 automation rules, 20 workflows, and 10 custom domains.

Choose Unlimited only when a published cap still blocks the operation

Unlimited is listed at $97 monthly or $970 annually. The dynamic table labels contacts, funnels, funnel steps, automation rules, workflows, webinars, and custom domains as unlimited, while CRM pipelines remain explicitly capped at 100. Do not use the plan name as a substitute for checking every row that matters to your setup.

Custom is separate from the four public-price plans

The same live pricing interface shows a fifth option called Custom, marked "For teams" with a "Let's talk" action. It does not publish a dollar price, so this guide does not estimate one or place Custom inside the public-price ladder. Teams considering it need a direct quote and written scope from systeme.io.

Billing terms that can change the decision

• systeme.io offers monthly and annual subscriptions, and the live annual prices are presented as two months free.
• The current Terms and Conditions say subscriptions are non-refundable. A separate help page says special refund circumstances may be reviewed case by case, which is not a general refund promise.
• Cancellation takes effect just before the next expiration date, according to the current cancellation guide.
• If a paid account exceeds its plan limits, the terms provide a three-day period to reduce usage after email notice. If usage remains over the limit, systeme.io says it may automatically upgrade the subscription and bill the new plan for the remainder of the subscription period.
• Downgrades currently require contacting support and bringing the account within the lower plan's limits. Free accounts that remain over limits follow a restriction process rather than the paid-plan automatic-upgrade path.

These terms can change, and buyer-specific tax treatment is not established by the public price alone. Recheck the live plan table, order form, and terms immediately before paying.
