Email is the only way to reach Afftera. There is no contact form on this site, no chat widget and no public issue tracker.
That is a published contact address rather than a staffed inbox. Mail sent to it arrives and is read when it is read: no response time is promised and no reply is guaranteed.
Worth writing about
- A published listing whose terms no longer match the merchant's own page, or that names the wrong program entirely.
- A merchant who wants their program corrected or taken off the site.
- Questions about the data covered on the privacy and disclosure pages.
- Anything about reusing the published dataset.
Faster answered elsewhere
A question about a program's current commission, cookie window or approval process is answered better by the merchant than by this directory. Every listing links to the official page it was reviewed against, and that page is the authority whenever it disagrees with what is recorded here.
Submitting a new program is not open yet. The submission page will still build the record for you to keep until there is somewhere to send it, and About explains what has to be true before anything is published.
